Charming and bright 1-bedroom apartment (2 rooms) in Berlin's classic "Altbau" style, with a balcony, high ceilings and wooden floors. Both the bed and living rooms, including balcony, are south-facing. The apartment comes fully furnished and is located on the second floor. I am looking to sublet the apartment while I'm abroad for work. Everything is catered for: Wifi, dish washer, washing machine, bathtub, flatscreen TV, Apple TV, Delonghi coffee machine, kitchen utensils and more.
Die Wohnung ist im ruhigen Mierendorffkiez gelegen, wo es schöne Restaurants und Cafés gibt. Nur ca. 5-10min zu Fuß ist alles mit dabei: ob zum besten Cappuccino im Kiez, netten Brunch mit frischen Croissants, leckeren italienischen, äthiopischen oder vietnamesischen Restaurants, Burger oder Schawarma.
Bis zur Spree (Charlottenburger Ufer) sind es ca. 10min Fußweg. Dort kann man entlang des Ufers sehr schön bis zum Schlosspark (Schloss Charlottenburg) spazieren gehen.
The apartment is located in the quiet Mierendorffkiez, still boasting nice restaurants and cafes. You'll find a variety of options within a 5-10min walking distance: whether it's the best cappuccino in the neighborhood, nice brunch with freshly baked croissants, lovely Italian, Ethiopian or Vietnamese restaurants as well as burgers or Lebanese shawarma.
It is only a 10min walk to the Spree river (Charlottenburger Ufer). From there you can enjoy nice walks or runs along the river to the Schlosspark (Charlottenburg Palace).
