Wir suchen jemanden für unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg zur Zwischenmiete vom 13.06.25 bis 25.06.25, während wir im Urlaub sind. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert untervermietet.
Die Wohnung ist 76qm groß, hat eine schöne Küche mit Flügeltüren zum geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch, Schlafzimmer mit 1,60m Doppelbett, ein Arbeitszimmer mit höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einen Balkon.
Wir sind erst vor Kurzem eingezogen, daher steht im Arbeitszimmer auf dem Foto noch ein Karton :)

Mitbewohnerinnen in dieser Zeit sind unsere 2 Katzen Karl & Rosa, daher würden wir nur gerne an Katzenliebhaber vermieten.

We are looking for someone for our nice 3 room apartment for 2 weeks in Prenzlauer Berg from the 13.06.25 - 25.06.25, while we are on holidays. The flat will be subleased fully furnished.
The flat is 76qm big, has a new kitchen which is open to the living room with a big dining table, bedroom with a 1,60m bed, office with a standing desk, bathroom with a bathtub and a big balcony.
We just moved in recently, that's why there are some boxes left in the office, they will disappear until you're there :)
Your flatmates in this time would be our cats Karl & Rosa. That's why we would only sublet the flat to a catlover.
