Let the wall of windows, stylish velvet furniture, golden chandeliers, art and fun colors brighten your day! The flat is equipped with a Sonos sound system. Located in the back house, it’s quiet and surrounded by greenery.

Centrally located but still with a residential feeling — find shopping, cafes, and bars right outside the door! Walk to public transit in under five minutes. All the major sightseeing is 30 minutes or less by public transport. Only two stops to Alexanderplatz!

I rearrange the furniture often so don't be surprised if the couch or table is in a different position than the photos. You will have full access to the 53sq meter apartment including balcony, aka my yard in the sky. The bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed with down/feather pillows.
