Wir vermieten unsere schöne Altbauwohnung für 1 Monat.
Die Wohnung ist komplett mobiliert. Im 3. OG der Wohnung befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett.Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer großen Couch, Esstisch,Beamer und Schreibtisch mit großen Monitor - so dass auch ein guter Arbeitsplatz mit stabiler Internetverbindung vorhanden ist (ich bin selber oft im Home Office). Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, inkl. Waschmaschine. Wir suchen nach einem vertrauenswürdigen Untermieter/Paar, keine Parties.
We are subletting our flat fully furnished for 1 month.
The apartment (3rd floor) is eqipped with a big living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a large couch, dining table, beamer and a comfortable working station, monitor included (i am working fully remote). The kitchen is also fully equipped including washing machine. Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage. Vor der Haustür fährt die M10 und die U Bahnstation Eberswalderstrasse ist 2min entfernt.
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rossmann, Lidl, Rewe circa 5min Gehweg) neben unzähligen Restaurants, Bars, Bäcker etc. Am Sonntag ist der Mauerpark nur 10min zu Fuss erreichbar.
The apartment is located centrally in Prenzlauer Berg. In front of the house is operating the tram M10 and the metro station Eberswalderstrasse is only 2min by foot.
There are plenty of shopping possibilities around the corner (Supermarkets, bakery etc.) The neighbourhood is surrounded by restaurants, bars etc. The famous Mauerpark fleemarket on sundays is only 10min by foot reachable.
Close to Mauerpark - perfect for a sunday stroll. The beamer can be used for series and movies and if you need any other information about the neighourhood or Berlin let us now. We sometimes have a dog as visitors so we are open to host also visitors with pets. We are looking forward hearing from you.
