we Kathrin (36) & Sebi (35) are looking for a sub-tenant to our beautiful 3-room apartment with living room and balcony + Kitchen + Bathroom in the heart of historic Berlin Neukölln - Rixdorf from earliest 19.02.2025 / until 31.03.2025 with the option to rent one bedroom long-term afterwards. Preferably you are interested to take it for most of this time. However if your move in or out date varies, please get in touch nonetheless and we can see what works 🙏

After the sub-let, as of 6th of April, you could be sharing the flat with Kathrin (37) member of pharmacists without boarders, global health master student, part-time worker (pharmacy), enthusiast, whole-hearted, music, culture and dance lover, NGO and sustainability fan and so much more. The apartment has:

- 2 separate large and sunny bedrooms
- 1 shared living room with another wooden desk + beamer (for movies) + piano + active stereo sound standing boxes + many plants and herringbone parquet :)
- Spacious kitchen with a dining table
- All the equipment you need: milk foamer, dish washer, washing machine, coffee, mixer, soda stream, oven, gas stove, big fridge (no freezer).
- 250MB Internet + 1 HD Monitor for work (if you need)
- bathtub (incl. shower)
- newly renovated bathroom (Sept, 2024)
- storage room in the flat + basement
- table tennis equipment :) … etc

We are looking for friendly, clean & kind people, e.g. solo, couple, friends or family with experience in sharing a space together. Appreciating and taking good care of our plants is a bonus ❤️
