Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock und liegt im Hinterhaus, ist also sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr großzügig und mit sehr viel Liebe ein gerichtet, daher suche ich Untermieter:innen, die mit meiner Wohnung und den Möbeln sorgsam und respektvoll umgehen.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is located in the back house, so it is very quiet. The rooms are all very spacious and furnished with a lot of love, so I am looking for subtenants who treat my apartment and the furniture carefully and respectfully.
Die Wohnung liegt im Schillerkiez, direkt beim Tempelhofer Feld und ca. 8 Min. Weg zur Station Hermannstrasse mit U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Bus. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es außerdem viele nette Bars, Cafés und alles andere was zum täglichen Bedarf nötig ist (Aldi, Rewe, DM, etc.)

The apartment is located in the Schillerkiez, directly at the Tempelhofer Feld and about 8 min walk to the station Hermannstrasse with subway, S-Bahn and bus. In the immediate vicinity there are also many nice bars, cafes and everything else that is necessary for daily needs (Aldi, Rewe, DM, etc.).
