Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for guests looking for a cozy retreat near the most beautiful Berlin parks. Surrounded by French-style cafés and restaurants, with the best connections and infrastructure, it is a little jewel in authentic Charlottenburg.
5 minutes walk from S Bahn and U Bahn, 15 minutes train ride to Hbf/Mitte, 20 minutes to Neukölln, 10 minutes walk to the legendary Ku'damm.

The apartment is furnished in light tones and offers everything you need: fully equipped for a cozy breakfast in the morning, a bright, spacious living room, ideal for home yoga practice, for concentrated work, or just to relax.
The bedroom is deliberately kept minimalistic for a restful sleep. The bathroom is small but nicely equipped with fresh towels.
With the window open in the evening you can listen to the rustling of the tree and find peace. Supermarkets, bakeries are right around the corner in the neighborhood, cafés, restaurants, and Charlottenburg's legendary antique shops invite you to stroll. If you don't have enough, you can reach the Grunewald for long walks and natural lakes for swimming with just 2 S-Bahn stations.
