during the period of 20th of December - 31st of December we would like to give our wonderful flat into trusting hands.
Our flat is suitable for a couple or a group of 2 friends.

Our flat has 75m², one bedroom, which faces the quiet courtyard, and a spacious living room. The kitchen and a balcony are directly connected to the living room. You will also find a bathroom and a hallway in the flat, where you can also park your bike. As you can see in the photos, the flat is fully furnished. You don't have to bring your own furniture and can use everything from the wardrobe to the TV. However, we are also looking for someone who feels at home with us and is careful with everything in the flat. It is important for us to have a trusting relationship and a good connection with you. It would also be good if you have a green thumb and can water our plants.

LOCATION
The flat is close to the underground station Vinetastraße and the suburban railway Schönhauser Allee. Directly in front of the door, you have access to either the M2, M12 or M13 trams and are within walking distance of Stahlheimer Straße, Pappelalle and Schönhauser Allee. If you are looking for culture and the nearest restaurant, you don't have to go far. The flat is located right on the border between Prenzlauer Berg and Pankow and is in a quiet residential area. However, if you like to be right in the middle of things, you can easily reach everything on foot within 10 minutes.

The entire residential area is a green oasis in the middle of the city jungle and the Mauerpark can be reached by bike in 10 minutes.

- no nameplate on the letterbox or bell plate (with "c/o + my name" the postman will find you as well)
- no furniture of your own
- the flat is furnished, but you are welcome to bring a few small things to make yourself comfortable
- we are looking for the entire period (2.5 months)
