Hey there! I’ve got a cozy one-bedroom apartment available for sublet. It’s 62m2, complete with a sunny balcony facing south. You’ll find it on the first floor, facing the street, right near Rosa Luxemburg Platz in Berlin Mitte. Rent’s €1560 per month. Every two weeks, we have cleaners come by, and that’s an extra €66 each time. You’ll need to put down a €1500 security deposit too.

The place has wooden floors, big windows, and high ceilings, all on a peaceful, tree-lined street. You’re just a skip away from lots of shops, eateries, and cafes. The living room and balcony look out over a lovely shared garden where everyone can hang out. It’s got a big table, chairs, and even some hammocks.

Just a heads up, you won’t be able to register this address as your official residence (no anmeldung), and we can’t have any pets. Smoking only on the balcony. We've got a really great community of neighbors here, super warm and caring. I’m on the lookout for either a single person or a couple who will love and look after this place like their own.
