Subletting 23.5-17.6 - 1.5 Zimmer im schönen Schillerkiez - möbliert/fully furnished

hello lovelies,

ich vermiete meine süße vollmöblierte Wohnung unter da ich den Camino de Santiago laufen möchte. Sie ist direkt am Geschehen und es gibt viele tolle Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist nur 5 min entfernt und lädt ein zum gemütlichen Spazierengehen. Die Nachbarn sind alle ebenfalls jünger und entspannt, trotzdem respektvoll. Edeka ist 3 min von der Haustür, Lidl und Rewe ca 10 min. Allerlei Später in der Straße und das bekannte Promenadeneck (Tanzbar) ebenfalls gleich ums Eck. Jeden Samstag gibt es einen sehr süssen Markt direkt vor der Haustür.

Schreibt mir gerne eine Nachricht und erzählt mir bisschen was über euch. Mir ist besonders wichtig, dass die Person zuverlässig ist, da alle meine Sachen in meiner Wohnung stehen. Die Fotos zeigen die Wohnung wie sie beim Einzug aussah, mittlerweile sieht sie etwas anders aus, hat viele Pflanzen und einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch ;-)

Wenn ihr ein nah am Geschehen sein wollt und einen Kurztrip plant, aber trotzdem Ruhe und Erholung auf dem Feld, dann ist diese Wohnung genau das Richtige für euch :)

I am subletting my cute fully furnished apartment since I will walk the Camino de Santiago. It is right on the action and there are many great bars and restaurants nearby. The Tempelhofer Feld is only 5 min away and invites you to take a leisurely walk. The neighbors are all younger and relaxed as well, yet respectful. Edeka is 3 min from the front door, Lidl and Rewe about 10 min. A lot of of Spätis are in the street and the famous Promenadeneck (dance bar) also just around the corner. Every Saturday there is a very sweet market right outside the front door.


Write me a message and tell me a bit about yourself :) It is very Important to me to find somebody I can trust since my personal stuff is still in there. The photos show the apartment as it looked when we moved in, now it looks a bit different, has lots of plants and a height-adjustable desk ;)

If you want to get to know Berlin for a short stay and experience bars and dance locations but also have some relaxing time on the Tempelhofer Feld, this is definitely the place to be :)
