Spacious environment in the heart of Wrangelkiez. The apartment has 1 bedroom, an open kitchen connected to a separate living room and a bathroom. There is also a small balcony and a winter garden that could be used as a separate lounging/reading area. It's on the 6th floor with north-south direction, big windows and bright all day.
There is an elevator, barrier-free entrance and the bedroom is facing the courtyard, which is calm at all times.
I am renting the place out as I will have to travel during specified dates.
As this is a short term rental, anmeldung is unfortunately not possible.
Wrangelkiez is one of the nicest spots in Berlin to hang around. It's one of the centres of the popular Kreuzberg area, and the flat is at the heart of so many nice locations. Oberbaumbrücke and Görlitzer Park are 5 minutes walking distance, Rewe is around the corner and there are tons of nice bars and restaurants in the area (I can recommend some restaurant and bars if you take the flat).
Schlesisches Tor U-Bahn station is also 5 minutes walking distance, which connects Kotti and Friedrichshain with little effort.
