Open plan living room /dining room featuring large glass windows-extremely light filled, which leads to a balcony which gets lots of sun & has a high wall with added bonus of privacy. Two large bedrooms towards the back. One is a “walkthrough” durchgangszimmer room with soundproof wall to wall room divider curtain rail for privacy, leading to lower level closed main bedroom, cozy with angled skylights. Both nice and quiet towards the back Hof. Newly renovated kitchen, bright with skylights. The flat in full is newly renovated/designed in an 80s deco /post modern style. It’s a very fun and special environment:) We’re located directly at Hermannplatz, close to everything in Kreuzberg / Neukölln. It’s a 30 sec walk to the U7/U8 lines & Hasenheide Park.

We are located in the most prime and convenient location, right at the boundary between Kreuzberg and Neukölln, directly at Hermannplatz. The U8 and U7 Ubahn is right downstairs which are prime train routes to get you all throughout Berlin. Reuterkiez and Graeferkiez are literally a 5 min walk away each, and both areas provide a great vibe when it comes to lovely cozy restaurants with great cuisine, hip cafes, and comfy low lit bars.
