Your future room is 16 square meters in size, has a square floor plan and direct access to the balcony through a floor-to-ceiling window.

The flat share is a 2-bed flat share on the 1st floor, has a total of 70 square meters and has a small entrance area, a shared living/dining area with kitchen, a shared bathroom and a balcony. There is also my sofa in the living room, which you are welcome to use. There is also a laundry room and a bicycle storage room in the building.

Looking for a clean, considerate, and mindful roommate who values a peaceful and focused living environment.
The room is unfurnished, so you’ll need to bring your own furniture and personal amenities, including cutlery and cooking pans. If you’re seeking a calm, respectful atmosphere conducive to academic pursuits, please reach out! You have to be a student to live here.
