Wir vermieten unsere möblierte 2 - Zimmerwohnung mit Wintergarten und Wannenbad in Bremen inkl. Geschirr, Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, etc. für € 950,- pro Monat warm zuzüglich Telefon / Internet (€ 35,-) an gewissenhafte Person oder Pärchen. Strom wird selbstverständlich separat abgerechnet. Wir hätten nichts gegen Jemanden der oder die handwerklich begabt ist / sind, da die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit in der Wohnung zu erledigen ist (z. B. Wandanstrich). Je nach Aufwand, können wir uns hier gern über einen Teilmieterlass unterhalten. :)
We rent our furnished 2-room flat with conservatory and bathtub in Bremen incl. crockery, towels, bed linen, etc. for € 950,- per month warm plus telephone / internet (€ 35,-) to a conscientious person or couple. Electricity will of course be charged separately. We wouldn't mind someone who is talented in handicrafts, as there are some small jobs to be done in the flat (e.g. painting the walls). Depending on the work involved, we would be happy to discuss a partial tenant discount. :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Gartenstadt - Vahr, Julius - Brecht - Allee, mit Blick auf die Ecke Konrad - Adenauer - Allee, wo die Linien 25 (Bus) und 1 (Straßenbahn) in die City fahren. Die Haltestellen sind fußläufig in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar.
Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten (Hauseigener Parkplatz und ausreichend Parkbuchten an der Straße).
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ärzte sind in der Nähe.
The flat is located in Gartenstadt - Vahr, Julius - Brecht - Allee, with a view of the corner of Konrad - Adenauer - Allee, where lines 25 (bus) and 1 (tram) go to the city centre. The stops can be reached on foot in 2-3 minutes.
There are good parking facilities (the building's own car park and sufficient parking bays on the street).
Good shopping facilities and doctors are nearby.
