Hello,
my name is Bruna and I have been working and living in Bruchsal since the last 9 months. Now, I am leaving Bruchsal at the end of July and therefore I am renting my room from the 1st of August on.
The apartment is 94m2 and it is constituted by: 3 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 2 toilette, 1 storage room, 1 balcony.
In the house you will find a washing machine, a dishwasher and the wifi!
Specifically, the room I am renting is 14m2 and I will rent it furnished, with the following:
- one bed (140x200)
- one wardrobe
- one desk
- a carpet
- a mirror
- one chair
- one big couch (that becomes a double bed)
Plus, the room has a big windows on the balcony :)
To take over the furniture 250 euro - negotiable - are required. In the price is included all the furniture listed plus a microwave.
In the house, also another big room is for renting, so family are welcome.
The house is 10 minutes - by feet - from the city center and has a train stop literally at one minute in front of the house.
There is also - in front of the entrance - a spot where to put your bike. If you have a car, you can be sure that you will find a parking spot very close to the house and for free! If you want a parking spot inside the garage, is also possible for 40 euro/month.
