New full furnished flat for a couple on the second floor nearby the european instutions

Hello ,

We have a house with on the first and second floor 2 identical renovated flats.
In the flat we have a new fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher , oven , cooking plates , fridge and a deep freezer .
We have provide all cooking material like cooking pots , dishes, forks, knives, spoons , glasses , ...
There's a new bathroom which contains a shower, toilet and a sink .
We also provide an iron and an iron board and next to the house you have a washing salon.
There's is a large sunny living room with 2 big windows and a little balcony in case you need to smoke .
You can relax in the sofa or work at the desk next to the big fire place .
If you want to enjoy eating your self prepared meals that 's possible at the table which can be changed into a 4 persons table in case you want to invate some friends over .
We have 1 seperate bedroom which is furnished with a double bed and a new matras , a closet and 2 night tables and a little lamp and curtains .
We also put at your disposal a duvet , pillow and if necessary some bedsheets .
The flat is always cleaned and inspected before your arrival and the commun entrance and stairways are cleaned regulary.
The house is situated in a very lively area and at a 5-10 minutes walk to the European Commission and Parlement.
you have to pay for the inventory checkin in and out which will be done by an independent expertise office Agaci and the cost will be divided in half here
these costs will be between 150-250 euro , the price is made up by the expert office not by the landlord
