The apartment has big windows (lots of daylight) and is very conveniently located. 6 minutes walk to Bryn Mawr Red Line (24h) Station, 8 minutes walk to Thorndale Red Line (24h) Station and get to chicago downtown in 25 minutes! Also close to bus stops (3-7 minutes, depending), supermarkets, drugstores.
You can walk to Lake Michigan - Hollywood Beach or bike at the lakeshore path! For some nightlife in the neighbourhood you can walk to Andersonville, where you can find bars, restaurants and pubs!

The cleaning fee will depend on the length of your stay and the security deposit is important because i will leave my stuff. I have to able to replace it, if something happens. The price for security deposit is set for a monthly rent, i will change it for shorter stays. (Negotiable)
I have DSL (cable) internet (no wi-fi). There's also no A/C yet. If I get one by the time you're renting, price will probably change a little bit.
I'm subletting for the summer, and people looking for a longer are more likely to get it!
