We will rent to STUDENTS, Young Professionals and nice people from Latin America or Europe speaking French, Spanisch, Italian, English or Portuguese!
We lived in France and South-America, therefore we would be happy to receive French, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish speaking students. Rossdorf is located 10 km from the city center of Darmstadt and only 7 km from the university campus "TU Lichtwiese". You can go by bike through the forest to TU Darmstadt Lichtwiese or to the city center of Darmstadt. There is a very good bus connection from Rossdorf to Darmstadt (every 15 Min.). The fee for the buses is included in the student ticket of the universitiy.
The appartment is located in a nice house, close to the nature. You will be living in an own, almost independant appartment. You will have your own sunny kitchen, your own bathroom, your independant and calm sleeping room. The way of living in this place is: calm, cosy, clean, peacful, respectful. I am very open-minded and international and I am looking forward to renting the appartment to nice students, young professionals, nice people from southern latin Europe, France or Latin America.
Close to Darmstadt, close to the forest and nature. The neighbourhood is German and very open minded. You will have the chance to live in a good place (sunny, calm, clean, cosy), get to know the German side of living and you will have time to concentrate on your studies.
