Ich bin zwei Monate im Ausland und suche jemand zur Zwischenmiete.
Alles, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, kann benutzt werden.
Smart TV, 5.1 Anlange, 100 MBit/s Telekom.
Schreibtisch ist eigentlich ein Esstisch. Stühle dazu habe ich noch.
Lediglich den PC (Bildschirme können bleiben) und das SimRig hinter dem Sofa nehme ich noch raus.
Küche mit Theke und Hocker, zum kochen ist alles vorhanden inkl.gr.Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Blender, Sodastream etc.
Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und neuwertiger Waschmaschine.
Balkon mit Kandelblick und Mittagsonne.
Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock mit Aufzug.
Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon.
Für die Miete, die ich auch zahle, kommen nochmal 100 € drauf, sollte fair sein denke ich.

Lage optimal direkt im Zentrum
500m zum Bahnhof mit RB Anbindung nach Freiburg in 7min.
Mit dem Auto ist man in 13 min am HBF Freiburg oder auf der A5.
Parkplätze umliegend ohne Gebühr.
REWE im Gebäude, Edeka, DM, Bäckerein, Döner, Banken und diverse Restaurants alles in unter 100m.
Zweimal die Woche ist Markt, Lidl mit dem Auto 3 Minuten entfernt.
