Wir lösen im August unsere 3er-WG auf und suchen Nachmieter:innen! Die Wohnung ist schon ein wenig farblich gestaltet, die Küche würde drin bleiben (ohne Esstisch & Stühle) sowie auch einige Regale. Die Zimmer sind 16, 14 und 13 Quadratmeter groß (mit Dachschrägen). Im Flur ist Platz für ein Sofa für schöne WG-Abende. Falls ihr eine WG neu gründen wollt, ist diese Wohnung perfekt!
Das Haus befindet sich in Löbtau direkt an der Tharandter Straße, von wo aus ihr mit den Bahnlinien 6, 7 und 12 sowie den Buslinien 61, 63 und 333 schnell in die Stadt und zur Uni kommt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, dm, Blumenladen...) sowie ein Fitnessstudio gibt es direkt um die Ecke, der Bonhoeffer-Park ist keine 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
