Die Wohnung ist hell und komplett eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, einen kompakten, aber funktionalen Arbeitsbereich, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und einen kleinen Balkon für frische Luft. Das Schlafzimmer ist kompakt, aber perfekt geeignet für eine ruhige Nachtruhe. Es befindet sich im 7. Stock und bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Singles oder ein junges Paar, das einen vorübergehenden Aufenthalt sucht.

Looking for a comfortable home? I’m renting out my 1.5-room apartment from November 16 to December 31 (with possible extension). The apartment is bright and fully furnished, featuring a living room, a compact but functional workspace, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small balcony for fresh air. The bedroom is compact but perfectly suited for a peaceful night’s rest. It is located on the 7th floor with a very nice view. The apartment is ideal for singles or a young couple looking for a temporary stay.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer günstigen und gut angebundenen Gegend. Sie wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Linie 61, 66 sind 2 Minuten entfernt und Linie 4, 9, 10, 11, 13, 68 sind 8 Minuten entfernt), Supermärkten (Lidl, Netto, DM), Parks (Großer Garten) und wichtigen Einrichtungen, die das tägliche Leben einfach und stressfrei machen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und bietet dennoch schnellen Zugang zu allem, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften (Wasaplatz). The neighborhood is quiet yet offers quick access to everything you need, including restaurants, cafes, and shops (Wasaplatz). The apartment is located 8 minutes away from Hbf by bus. Also, the place is very suitable for students/researchers as the TU campus is 5 minutes away.
