We are planning to move out of Dresden in the end of June 2016. Thus, we would like to look for a Nachmieter for our three-room apartment rented from VONOVIA (GAGFAH previously). The apartment locates in second floor with 63.26 square meters, is full furnished with tables, chairs, fridge, mattresses, and wardrobes. We have equipped all necessaries including electric stove, microwave, toaster, oven, washing machine, iron, internet, telephone, etc. We would like to look for a student family (or a group of WG students) who is looking for a convenient living place.
The apartment locates in a very convenient public transportation system: 7 minutes by walk to Dresden Main Station, 3 minutes by walk to Tram and Bus Stop, and 2 minutes by walk to Netto. Other supermarkets and shopping stores are surrounding.
