Die Wohnung ist in einem Plattenbau (Baujahr 1982) aber in einem guten Zustand (das Badezimmer ist neu gefliest und neuer Laminatboden ist verlegt). Da die Küche offen ist, ist die Wohnung nur bedingt WG tauglich. Allerdings ist es laut dem Vermieter (GAGFAH Group) z.B. möglich eine Trockenwand einzuziehen.
