A wasching maschine is also available. The apartment is located on the seconds floor of an apartment building with a lot of young people.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des angesagten Dellviertels. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (z.B. Supermarkt, Drogerie, Apotheke, etc) sind in unter 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Von der Haustür erreicht man die nächste Bahnhaltestelle in nur 5 Gehminuten und ist dann in 3 Stationen am Hauptbahnhof Duisburg. Auch die Universität Duisburg sowie die Hochschule Rhein-Waal sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Mit der Bahn ist man in rund 30 Minuten am Düsseldorf Hbf. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es zudem nur etwa 15 Minuten bis zur Universität Duisburg. Mit dem Auto ist man in 2 Minuten auf der Autobahn.

From the doorsteps you can reach the next tram station within 5 minutes by foot. From there Duisburg main station is only 3 stops away. Alos the University of Duisburg and the University Rhine-Waal can be reached easily. By train you can reach Düsseldorf Hbf in about 30 minutes. With a bike you need about 15 minutes to the University of Duisburg. By car you can reach the Autobahn within 2 minutes.
