Wohnung ist hell, alle Wände sind weiß gestrichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Umgebung. Tram Haltestelle (Siechenhausstraße) ist in 1 Minute zu erreichen. Zum Hauptbahnhof dauert es nur 6 Minuten per Tram. Neben dem Gebäude ist ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz.

Hello, I am searching for someone to take over my lease for March 15th. It is a 2 room flat with a very functional layout, located in central Duisburg. All the walls are painted white. The bathroom has been renovated in August 2010, and there is a small balcony overlooking the court yard. It is a 6 minute tram ride to the Hbf, a 5 minute ride to the shopping strip, and a 4 minute ride to the Altstadt. It is located less than 100m to grocery shopping, and there is a free public parking lot next to the building. Please contact me for more details.
