From 15 to 31 August, apartment sqm. 53 in the city center - close to the Duomo and Piazza del Campo - on the first floor, in an historical building of five apartments, comprises: entrance hall, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower, small studio room and double bed room with access to storage / laundry room. The bedroom have the window in a lovely and quiet court at ground floor, and a flat bigscreen tv on the wall, dolby surround system. Wifi is for free.
Apartment completely renovated in 2009, with kitchen (equipped with oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric squeezer, electric toaster, espresso machine, dishes, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, extensible table and all that you need for cooking) . Iron and ironing board are present, but you have to take with you your hairdryer. Linen and towels are at your disposition. The floor is in a particular stoneware that look perfectly like a parquet.
If you travel with a cat, he's welcome too (I have a cat but during my vacation I'll take her to my parents, so bowls and closed litter are at your disposition, and windows are in safety by mosquito nets so your pet can't escape in the town's alleys!)
Well served by public transport for all the city zone and for other destinations. In the street there are also bars, tobacconists, newsstands, typical restaurants, ice-cream shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, various shops, an essai cinema (by 15 minutes walk also a beautiful outdoor cinema, in the fortress amphitheater), museums.
Price requested: 550€ for period 15/31 August.
Here, you are in the heart of the old city. The building is the oldest in town, located in the highest point of the city, district named Castelvecchio ("Old castle") because here there was the old fortress from where the city it has developed in the ancient age.
3 minutes walk to Duomo, 5 minute walk to Piazza del Campo, 15 minutes walk to the fortress and from the main bus station (which you can go to Florence in 75 minutes, or to Monteriggioni, San Gimignano etc.).
Train station is reachable in ten minutes by bus. In 3 minutes walk you have the minibus stop, wherewith you can move to the zones out of the city walls.
It's appreciated if you leave the apartment as clean as it is found.
