Ideally the flat is meant to be for a person (or a couple) who works or does research in the city. It is located in a quite and beautiful area where you you can find everything you need and you are 20 minutes walking distance from the historical center and (30 minutes from Fiesole!)
The terrace faced a beautiful garden which can be shared with the family but it is rarely used.

It is located in the Cure area. A beautiful and residential area where you can easily get to the historical center (20 minutes walking distance) or to the hills nearby (Fiesole) where you can go for a walk and enjoy beautiful panoramas of the city from above. Cure is a quite and wonderful area where you find everything you need.
