In the flat there is one available bedroom with 2 single beds (In the pictures only one bed is shown, but there are 2 beds in the bedroom) shelves, table, cupboard and chairs. Next to it you will see a nice and fully equipped kitchen. A small bathroom with shower is available for our guests right next to the bedroom door.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, of an ancient building of historic Florence, 5 minutes walking from the Duomo, 20 minutes walking from the central train station.
All main tourist attractions are within walking distance.
The street is very quite and the quality of sleep is very good. Nevertheless the neighborhood is pretty alive vith lots of tipical restaurants and bars.
All bills are included in the price: heating, elecricity, gas for the kitchen , hot and cold water, wifi, sheets and towels and some breakfast facilities.
We ask a minimum stay of 3 nights.
