Single 2 Bedroom Apartment winter rental - 1 Person

My single apartment will be available for one person only during the winter period, while I am working from abroad. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa and a big kitchen. Bathroom as well, of course.
No registration possible, therefore you will get a reduced rent.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area, suitable also for those who work from home. Supermarkets, stations, pharmacies and gym are all within 5 minutes walk.
I expect the apartment to be handed over in the condition I left it. Therefore a one-month refundable deposit will be carried upon and a contract will be written & signed between both parties (You and me).
Kindly note that I will be leaving the apartment by mid December, which means you will share the flat with me for the first weeks of December. I will only respond to the requests which meet all of the requirements, to avoid the extra time between both of us.
