Nachmieter für meine schöne Wohnung in der Nähe der Bergerstraße gesucht.

Hallo zusammen,

ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Wohnung in der Hegelstraße in Frankfurt am Main, idealerweise ab dem 1. Juli.

Die Miete beträgt 695 EUR kalt. Hinzu kommen Umlagen und Nebenkosten (Versicherungen, Wasser, etc.) in Höhe von 150 EUR. Gas, Strom und WLAN sind nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten und haben für mich ca. 80 EUR zusätzlich gekostet.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine Einbauküche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. In den Zimmern und im Flur wurde vor ein paar Monaten Parkett verlegt. Außerdem gibt es im Keller ein Abteil zum Verstauen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, aber im Sommer kann man gut durchlüften, sodass es nicht zu warm wird.

Parkplätze findet man mit einem Bewohnerausweis relativ leicht, aber auch ohne Ausweis klappt es gut. Fahrräder kann man in einem abgesperrten Bereich abstellen.

Das Haus hat sechs Stockwerke und ca. 18 Wohneinheiten. Die anderen Mieter sind super nett, nicht laut und sehr umgänglich.

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful apartment on Hegelstraße in Frankfurt am Main, ideally starting from July 1st.

The rent is 695 EUR excluding utilities. Additional costs (insurance, water, etc.) amount to 150 EUR. Gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi are not included in these additional costs and have cost me around 80 EUR extra.

The apartment has two rooms, a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. A few months ago, parquet flooring was installed in the rooms and the hallway. There is also a storage compartment in the basement.

The apartment is very bright, but you can ventilate it well in the summer to keep it from getting too warm.

Parking spaces are relatively easy to find with a resident permit, but even without a permit, it works well. Bicycles can be stored in a secured area.

The building has six floors and about 18 units. The other tenants are very nice, not noisy, and very friendly.
