The bedroom is furnished with a 180*200cm double bed with high quality pocket spring mattress for maximum sleeping comfort, a nightstand and a large closet Another room includes the fully equipped kitchenette with stove, induction plates, oven, extractor hood, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine and complete equipment with plates, cups, pots, etc.. A living and dining area with satellite TV, dining/work table and a sofa bed (for a possible 3rd person) adjoins this for a total of 40m2.
A maximum of 3 people can live in this apartment, ideally it is occupied by 1-2 people.
For residents there is a fast internet access with free WLan with up to 250 MBit/s. In the basement there is a washing and drying room, the use of washing machines and dryers is included in the rent.
A monthly net rent is 810€ plus furnishing surcharge 200€ plus 285€ advance payment for operating costs for occupancy with one person.
The gross monthly rent is therefore 1,295€ for occupancy with one person.
You are welcome to ask about the regulations, if you are subjected to a rental including VAT.
In case of occupancy with more than one person, a surcharge of 100€ per person per month will be added to the operating costs (for renting without VAT).
