Das große Tageslichtbad hat sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Eckbadewanne. In einen Extraraum is ein separates WC.

The 3 room attic apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator. In general, it is an old building, but the apartment is in a well-maintained condition and was renovated a while ago. A fully functional kitchen is built into the apartment (must be taken over for a discount of 750 €). There is a light-filled living room, bedroom and an office. The large daylight bathroom has both a shower and a corner bathtub. There is a separate toilet in an extra room.

Von der Haustür aus braucht man nur 5 Minuten zur Haltestelle Glauburgstraße und Rohrbach/Friedberger Landstraße.
Direkt in der Nähe gibt es mehrere Restaurants /Bars für Takeout etc. Man kommt sehr schnell zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.
Für Lebensmittel gibt es einen Penny/Aldi/Rewe die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

From the front door it only takes 5 minutes to the Glauburgstraße and Rohrbach/Friedberger Landstraße stops.
There are several restaurants/bars for takeout etc. in the immediate vicinity. You can get to the city center very quickly on foot.
For groceries there is a Penny/Aldi/Rewe which are all within walking distance.
Der Vermieter hat das letzte Wort bei der Vermietung und benötigt eventuell mehr Dokumente.
Gerne kann eine Waschmaschine, ein Aktenschrank und vereinzelte Regale übernommen werden (Verhandlungsbasis)
