Da ich beruflich vom 20. Februar bis 10. Mai im Ausland bin würde ich gerne meine Wohnung nähe des Zoos/der Berger Straße untervermieten. Eine Miete vom 15. Februar bis 15. Mai wäre tendenziell auch nach absprache möglich.
U-Bahnhaltestellen sind zu Fuß nur ca. 5 und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur 2-3 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung und Küche sind komplett ausgestattet, so dass man sich als Untermieter um nichts kümmern muss. Da ich den Struggle kenne als internationaler Praktikant/Gastwissenschaftler günstige Wohnungen für eine Kurzzeitmiete zu bekommen, würde ich präferriert an solche Personen vermieten.
