Looking for an apartment for my partner and me from may 2025

We are José Marcote and Javiera Zúñiga, a 27-year-old Chilean couple currently living in Frankfurt since December. We are searching for a new apartment as our current lease ends in April when our landlord returns. As Working Holiday Visa holders employed at a local restaurant, we are looking for accommodation for at least 6 months.

Let us tell you a bit about ourselves. We have been a couple for 8 years. I am a cook, and 3 years ago, I traveled to Spain to work as a chef. On the other hand, Javi is a physiotherapist and did an exchange program in Germany about 10 years ago. Thanks to our positive experiences, we decided to travel and see the world, starting with Germany. Now, we would like to stay in Frankfrut because we liked the city and we are happy with our jobs.

We are a calm, respectful, and easygoing couple; we complement each other well. Javi likes to keep her home clean, and I am quite organized with my belongings. We enjoy spending time together watching series at home or going for walks. Personally, I like video games, resting in bed, and playing sports (I really enjoy playing Padel and Soccer). Javi is more active; she likes to exercise at home and outdoors, and she also enjoys sports like I do (in fact, we play padel together).

As I mentioned, I studied to be a cook and had to do internships outside my city (in Spain, for example). During that time, I stayed in different apartments with shared rooms and lived with various roommates. Generally, I got along well with everyone and never had any problems.
