Die Wohnung, um die es geht, ist eine wunderschöne, super gut angebundene Wohnung in einem super tollen Viertel!
Ganz wichtig: Diese Wohnung ist streng fleischfrei. Daher ist der Verzehr von Fleisch, Meeresfrüchten und sogar Eiern natürlich nicht erlaubt. (Eier, weil ich allergisch bin)

The apartment in questions is a beautiful, super well connected apartment, in a supremely gorgeous neighbourhood!
Super important: this flat is strictly meat-free. So naturally, consuming meats, sea-foods or even eggs are not permissible. (Eggs because I’m allergic)
Perfekt für jemanden, der in Eschborn, Bockenheim oder im Bankenviertel arbeitet, oder für einen Studenten des West-Campus.
Die Wohnung ist mit dem Rödelheim Bahnhof (S 3/4/5) und der Hausener Weg Ubahn (U7) doppelt angebunden. Die Bushaltestelle Reifenbergerstraße Sozialzentrum ist eine Minute entfernt.
Ein großer Rewe (3 Min.), Penny (5 Min.), Dennis Biomarkt (7 Min.) und Lidl (10 Min.) sind zu Fuß erreichbar. MVZ Ärztehaus ist 7 Minuten entfernt und so ist die Apotheke.
Niddapark, einer der größten und schönsten Parks in Frankfurt, ist weniger als 2 Minuten entfernt, und die Nidda ist so beruhigend zu sitzen und entspannen neben ihm.

This apartment is dually served with Rödelheim Bahnhof (S 3/4/5) and Hausener Weg Ubahn (U7). Reifenbergerstrasse Sozialzentrum bus stop is one minute away.
A massive Rewe (3 mins), Penny (5 mins), Dennis Biomarkt (7 mins) and Lidl (10 mins) on foot. MVZ Doctors house is 7 mins away and so is the pharmacy.
Niddapark, one of the largest and most gorgeous parks in Frankfurt, is less than 2 mins away, and the Nidda river is so soothing to sit and relax next to it.
Oh and Brentanobad (most amazing swimming pool in Frankfurt) is only 10 mins away.
Die Wohnung hat fast alles, was du brauchen könntest.
Du kannst deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen oder meine benutzen. Mein Sofa verwandelt sich in ein Schlafsofa, falls du kein Bett hast. Später kann ich dir helfen, ein Bett für dich zu organisieren.
Tbh ich bin super entspannt und flexibel, wir können alles auch über diese Anzeige hinaus besprechen.
Es wäre toll, wenn du einen Staubsauger hast, denn den habe ich nicht.

The apartment mostly has everything which you may need.
You may bring your own furniture or use mine. My sofa turns into a sofa-bed, in case you don’t have a bed. Later I can help you organise a bed for yourself.
Tbh I’m super relaxed and flexible, we can discuss anything even beyond this advertisement.
It would be amazing if you have a vacuum cleaner, because I don’t have that.
And of course, 100% vegetarian WG
