The apartment is 70 m² and consists of 3 rooms: a living room, a dining room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It is located on the 6th floor, very bright, and offers a great view of the European Central Bank from the balcony. The apartment is furnished and ready to move in.
Kitchen: Currently, the kitchen is very basic and consists of a simple setup with a new dishwasher and basic washing facilities. It does not include a stove or oven, but we can provide a portable stove upon request to enable cooking. Please note that the kitchen is not equipped to a professional standard, so it may not be ideal for frequent cooking. We are working to address this and are happy to discuss potential improvements with you.
Location: The apartment is located in Ostend, near the European Central Bank. Excellent transportation connections with the U6 subway and tram line 11. The main train station is also easily accessible.
Shopping: Supermarkets such as Rewe, Edeka, and dm are nearby. There are also several cafés, bakeries, and restaurants in the area.
Neighborhood: Hafenpark and the riverside are just a 6-minute walk away. There are large green areas, basketball, football, and skateboard courts, as well as other sports facilities. The riverside often hosts events on weekends, creating a lively atmosphere. The area is ideal for jogging and walking. Cultural institutions and fitness studios are also in the immediate vicinity.
Start Date: From September 2, 2024. Lease term: One year, with the possibility of extension upon agreement if both parties are satisfied.

Other: The apartment is smoke-free and pets are unfortunately not allowed. The well-maintained and orderly furnishings of the apartment are best appreciated by someone who also values a clean and beautiful home.
