Wir suchen eine/n Untermieter/In (!) für Mitte Dezember-Mitte Januar (!) für unsere Wohnung im Frankfurter Nordend. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, 2. Stock, und besteht aus Wohnzimmer/Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Sie ist klein und gemütlich und sehr zentral gelegen.

We are looking for a subtenant (!) for mid-December until mid-January (!) for our apartment in Frankfurt's Nordend area. The apartment is in the last, 2nd floor, and consists of a living room/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It is small and cozy and very centrally located.
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral im Nordend in Frankfurt in der Nähe des Friedberger Platzes; nur eine Gehminute zur Tram-Haltestelle Rohrbachstr.-/Friedberger Landstr., ca. fünf Gehminuten zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle Glauburgstrasse sowie zu Supermärkten wie Penny, Aldi und Rewe.

The apartment is very centrally located in the Nordend area in Frankfurt near Friedberger Platz; it is just a minute walking to the Rohrbachstr.-/Friedberger Landstr. tram stop, about a five-minute walk to the Glauburgstrasse subway stop as well as to supermarkets such as Penny, Aldi and Rewe.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (viele Küchengeräte, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, TV, Wifi etc.)
Zwei Dinge sind noch wichtig: Es gilt ein striktes Rauchverbot in der Wohnung; es werden also nur Nicht-Raucher/Innen gesucht. Ausserdem müssten wir um den Gefallen bitten, dass unsere Pflanzen während des Aufenthaltes 3-4 Mal gegossen werden.

The apartment ist fully equipped (kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, wifi etc.)
Two things are also important: There is a strict ban on smoking in the apartment; so we are only looking for non-smokers. Additionally, we would have to ask for the favor to water our plants 3-4 times during the stay.
