The apartment is a really sweet old apartment with a hinterhof for bikes, a basement, a nice loft built in one of the rooms that can be used for storage or for sleeping and a beautiful warm living room. The kitchen is new, bathroom is big with a bathtub and a seperate toilet room. the great thing about the high ceilings is that you can put storage soace around as well.
I am looking for a 1 room flat with pets allowed and not too far from a tram line.
The apartment is located right near a tram line and the trainstation. Nearbye you have a huge variety of resteraunts, take out, supermarkets, cafes and a really nice Saturday market. The location is perfect for those who have jobs outside of the city and want to commute by train every day. there are also some nice parks and the dreisam for doing sports at that arent far.
