Our 2-room apartment will be available from the 1st of August. The apartment is perfect for couples or a single person - it has a bedroom and a living room with a small kitchen. Also, there is a balcony with a nice view. The parking place and the storage room on the roof are included in the rent price.
The apartment is located in Geismar (Kastanienweg). The city center can be easily reached in approx. 10 min by bus or bicycle; Central campus - in 15 min; Nordcampus - in 20 min. There are plenty of bus options available: 21, 22, 91, 92, 11 and it takes 2-3 min to reach all the bus stops. The grocery shops Nahkauf and Rewe are very close by, moreover, Nahkauf is opened even on Sundays. Farmacy and Deutsche Post are also situated very closely.

Unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung wird ab dem 1. August verfügbar sein. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Paare oder eine Einzelperson - sie hat ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einer kleinen Küche. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon mit ear schönen Aussicht. Der Parkplatz und der Abstellraum auf dem Dach sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Geismar (Kastanienweg). Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad in ca. 10 Min., der Zentralcampus - in 15 Min., der Nordcampus - in 20 Min. gut erreichbar. Es stehen zahlreiche Buslinien zur Verfügung: 21, 22, 91, 92, 11, und alle Bushaltestellen sind in 2-3 Min. erreichbar. Die Lebensmittelgeschäfte Nahkauf und Rewe sind ganz in der Nähe, außerdem ist Nahkauf auch sonntags geöffnet. Farmacy und die Deutsche Post befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
