Low ceiling apartment Innenstadt ! only for students !

I am leaving my city center apartment (Mauerstraße 1) and I am looking for a new tenant. The apartment is located in the center of the city, one street away from the Gänseliesel. There is a Kaufland, a Rewe and a Rossman just down the street. There are 2 bus stops a few minutes away. It is not on the main roads so despite being in the center it is quiet. The apartment is also very bright with windows in every room but the ceiling of the living room and the doors can be quite small so the apartment is not for tall people. The kitchen, fridge and bed will stay in the apartment. There is a laundry machine in the basement.
The apartment is available from the beginning of December and will be entirely repainted next Saturday (23/11).

No pets allowed, no WG possible as there is only 1 bedroom. It is possible to rent the apartment for two people but the rent increases to 750€. The apartment can only be rented by students or someone working at the University.
