*TAUSCH/SWAP for Berlin or Cologne!*
Hi! I'm looking for a room / flat in Berlin or Cologne and thought I'd give it a try to see if someone could use a temporary swap or a definite swap. My flat is super well located and has all to itself (bathroom, kitchen, little garden). There's a livingroom which is very cosy, and the bed is on a platform above a small room which I'm currently using as an office space. The flat is really a catch to be honest, but for some jobs I'll need to be in Germany from june on.
In the Netherlands, if you're under a certain income and if you're 23y or older, you can get rent subsidy, which this flat is eligible for. The rental subsidy is dependant on your income, under 20k you'd only pay 406 for the flat.
The flat is in a house where students live on the first floor and you'd share a washing machine with them.
I'd love to find a place in Cologne or Berlin, either a flat or a WG with a nice constellation. I'm 29 y/o and work in music (as a producer/artist).
It's super close to the city center (5 minutes by foot) and has good connections to the bus.
