The apartment has one bedroom, a cozy, bright living room together with a small kitchen as well as a bathroom. All fully furnished. In front of the entrance there is also a balcony and in front of the door directly a meadow as well as 100 m away the canal.
The apartment is very centrally located 5 minutes walk from all shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The Bus station Westerhaven is only 3 minutes away and the main train station of Groningen is only 8 minutes walk.
It is a really nice apartment in the heart of Groningen. A bike rental is 1 minute walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is no traffic, as it is the car-free city center.
I would like to sublet my apartment for the summer vacations.
The rent would be 1200€ for the 6 weeks and I would like a deposit of 400€ which is negotiable.
