Sehr schöne Wohnung in unmittelbarar Nähe zur Peißnitz für ein Jahr möbliert zur Untermiete abzugeben. Die Wohnung hat in allen Zimmern große Fenster, ist sehr hell, hat einen kleinen niedlichen Balkon, in allen Zimmern Dielenboden und Stuck an manchen Decken.
In der Wohnung kann alles genutzt werden: Waschmaschine, Küche, Fernseher etc.
Very nice flat very close to the Peißnitz for rent for one year, furnished. The flat has large windows in all rooms, is very bright, has a small, cute balcony, floorboards in all rooms and stucco on some ceilings.
Everything in the flat can be used: Washing machine, kitchen, TV, etc.
Die Wohnung hat eine Toplage - die Straße ist sehr ruhig und in 5 Minuten ist man auf der Peißnitz und an der Saale ...also ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren oder zum Joggen. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar, aber auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Reileck mit seinen vielen Geschäften, Bars und Cafés ist sehr nah.
The flat has a top location - the street is very quiet and in 5 minutes you are on the Peißnitz and the river Saale ...so an ideal starting point for nice walks, bike tours or jogging. The centre is within walking distance, but there is also a tram stop just around the corner. The Reileck is very close, there you can find a lot of shops, bars and cafés.
Ich bin Geografielehrer und werde ab Juli 2022 ein Sabbatjahr machen und mir die Welt ansehen. Für die Dauer meiner Auszeit wünsche ich mir nette Zwischenmieter :)
Die Wohnung ist WG-geeignet, über mir wohnen ebenfalls Studentinnen. Oder vielleicht bist du Fremdsprachenassistent*in, Gastdozent*in oder anderweitig für ein Jahr in Halle. Die Nachbarn sind alle super nett und hilfsbereit!

I am a Geography teacher and will be taking a sabbatical from July 2022 to see the world. For the duration of my sabbatical, I would like to have nice interim tenants :)
The flat is suitable for shared flats, and there are also students living above me. Or maybe you are a foreign language assistant, guest lecturer or otherwise in Halle for a year. The neighbours are all super nice and helpful!
