This beautiful flat is located in a quiet rear building on the 2nd floor of an apartment block in Dieskauer Straße in Halle (Saale). The flat is fully and tastefully furnished and is ideal for a single person or a couple.
I am looking for a friendly, approachable person who appreciates the peace and comfort of the flat and would like to live there for at least 6 months (ideally longer).
The area surrounding the flat is ideal for nature lovers who still like to live in a central location. Halle's main railway station is only an 8-minute walk away. Riebeckplatz and the start of the pedestrian zone in Halle's city centre are also just a 10-minute walk away. There are several supermarkets, doctors and a pharmacy within 500 metres of the flat. The ‘Park am Thüringer Bahnhof’ is perfect for crisp jogging laps or walks, beach volleyball or climbing.
The additional costs incl. heating and water costs (cold & warm) amount to € 180 for a single person and € 20 more for each additional person.
Electricity and internet are not included in the rent (790 €). If this is expressly desired, it can be negotiated.
