Die Wohnung ist hell und gut geschnitten. Über einen Flur erreicht man jedes Zimmer. Die Decken sind hoch und die Fenster sehr groß. Das Wohnzimmer ist etwas größer als das Schlafzimmer (nach hinten).
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. REWE und Lidl sind 3 Minuten, der Markt und der Bahnhof ca. 10 Minuten, der neue Campus am Steintor ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt keinen Durchgangsverkehr, die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar.
Der Hausmeister wohnt mit im Haus, was sehr praktisch sein kann. Im Hinterhof gibt es einen kleinen Teich mit Fischen unter einem großen Baum.
Die Küche bleibt in der Wohnung über alle anderen Möbel und Geräte können wir gerne reden.
