Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne Wohnung für 2 Wochen im März. Du kannst sie alleine, mit Partner*in oder mit Freunden*innen mieten, da die Wohnung als WG und als normale Wohnung benutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer: ein Schlafzimmer, ein Esszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Arbeits-/Gästezimmer, in dem ein Schlafsofa steht. Weiter gibt es ein Badezimmer und eine vollausgestattete, helle Küche, an der auch direkt der Balkon anschließt. In der ganzen Wohnung liegt Parkett, außer im Bad und in der Küche.
Alle wichtigen Ausstattungen, wie Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, etc. sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Miete beträgt 700€ für den gesamten Zeitraum.

We are renting out our beautiful apartment for 2 weeks in March. You can rent it alone, with your partner or with friends, because the apartment can be used as a shared and as a normal apartment.
The apartment has 4 rooms: a bedroom, a dining room, a living room and our office/guest room with a sofa bed. There is also a bathroom and a fully equipped, bright kitchen, which is also directly connected to the balcony. There is parquet throughout the apartment, except in the bathroom and kitchen. All important equipment, such as dishwasher, washing machine, oven, etc. are also available.
The rent is 700€ for the 2 weeks.
Die Wohnung liegt in Altona-Nord. Man erreicht schnell den Bahnhof Altona, aber die nächste Haltestelle der S-Bahn ist Holstenstraße (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Von dort aus kommt ihr zum Hauptbahnhof oder zu anderen Orten in max. 15 Minuten.
Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrradkeller, welchen ihr gerne benutzen könnt. Die Nachbarn sind auch alle super nett und hilfsbereit, falls ihr Fragen habt.

The apartment is in Altona-Nord. Altona train station can be reached quickly, but the next S-Bahn stop is Holstenstrasse (5 minutes walking). From there you can get to the main train station or other places in a maximum of 20 minutes.
Places of interest:
Eimsbüttel (cafes), the Schanze (bars), Reeperbahn (party) and Ottensen (small shops) are only 5 minutes away by bike.
There is a huge Kaufland and Metro around the corner, but our "house supermarket" is Rewe as it is right in the same block as our home.
The clubs "Waagenbau" and "Fundbureau" are within walking distance.
There is a bicycle cellar in the house, which you are welcome to use. The neighbors are all super nice and helpful if you have any questions.
Da unser Hab und Gut in der Wohnung ist, bräuchten wir auch eine Kaution. Alle weiteren Kosten sind in der Miete enthalten :)

Since all our belongings are in the apartment, we also need a deposit. You will of course be fully reimbursed if nothing broke. :)
