Gesucht wird eine berufstätige, zuverlässige und nette Person.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich (siehe Bilder)
Ein Schlafzimmer sowie Küche und Bad.
Die Wohnung wurde 2014 neu isoliert und saniert.
Im Preis ist alles Nötige enthalten, WLan, Kabelfernsehen, Strom, Wasser, Heizung etc.
Vorab bitte ich um eine Kopie des Personalausweises.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Budni etc) sind nur 5 min entfernt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (S Bahn) sind in 7 min zu fußläufig erreichbar und ein Bus fährt genau vor der Tür.

This beautiful apartment is fully furnished and is provided with anything you need! Free from the 1st of november until mid of dec.
This flat is very bright and is located in the centrum of Hamburg Harburg It takes approx. 15 min with the train to the hamburg central station.
The metro station „Harburg Rathaus“ is only 7 walking minutes away. There are also many supermarkets and drugstores all the way around.
In advance I ask for a copy of the identity card.

5 min fußläufig befindet sich die S-Bahn (S3) mit der man in 15 min in der Hamburger Innenstadt ist. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Busverbindungen direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Kiosk,Aldi) sind in 3-5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die TU-HH Harburg ist 10 min zu fuß entfernt.
