I am looking for someone who would like to rent my furnished room, from December 1st to January 31st, 2025 (permanent extension possible, see below).

Your room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, office desk and chair.

The room is within a 4-room shared apartment in a new building. You will be sharing the flat with one other person (male).

Shared Spaces:
🛋️ The apartment has a loggia and a large kitchen-living room, which is equipped with everything your heart desires. Here you can also make yourself comfortable at the large dining table or on the sofa. 🍳

🛁 The large bathroom has a bathtub and washing / drying machines.

🚌 From here, you can get to the city quickly. 🚊

Beyond the two months, if you are interested, you could take over the apartment completely. Some furniture or appliances may be available for purchase then.

Total rent including heating: approx. €1900.
Costs for the two months: €750.00 per month.
If the shared apartment continues from February 1st, 2025, half the rent, i.e. approx. €950.
