Liebe Interessierte, ich vermiete meine gemütliche möblierte Wohnung auf st Pauli unter. Wie im Titel bereits erwähnt vermiete ich ausschließlich an Frauen*. Auf Anfrage schicke ich gern mehr Bilder.
Es besteht eine eventuelle Chance auf Verlängerung bzw. Übernahme. Bis Juni ist eine offizielle Anmeldung hier leider nicht möglich.
Die Wohnung hat sehr hohe Decken, gut gepflegte Dielenböden, ein typisches hamburgerisches Badezimmer und leider eine ziemlich kleine Küche.
Vorteilhaft ist, dass die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist und man sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad überall hinkommt. Penny, Aldi, Budni und co sind 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Besichtigung sind an folgenden Tagen möglich:
