ich vermiete meine schöne und sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung in der Sternschanze unter.
In der Wohnung ist alles, was du für tolle 3 Monate brauchst. Küche ist auch alles vorhanden, außer ein Ofen, dafür aber ein Airfryer 😉
Du solltest am Besten jemand sein mit einem grünen Daumen, da ich einige Pflanzen habe, die durstig sind. Aber die haben (fast) alle einen Wassertank mit Anzeige. Daher ist das Gießen ganz einfach.
Direkt auf der Schanze, aber ruhig in einem Hinterhof gelegen. Du hörst auch am Wochenende nichts und kannst ruhig schlafen. Party machen ist im ganzen haus nicht erwünscht.
Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - alles direkt da.
Die Wohnung ist zwar auf der Schanze, aber es ist dennoch ein sehr ruhiges Haus. Es wird sehr respektvoll miteinander umgegangen.
Daher wird die Wohnung nicht für Parties oder zum vortrinken benutzt.
